What your case needs can only be determined after a clinical assessment at the centre. That assessment may show your case needs a physician or imaging before physiotherapy begins — in which case we refer you out rather than start sessions that will not help.
In an emergency — an acute injury, sudden loss of sensation or movement, severe chest pain — call emergency services on 997 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a WhatsApp reply.
Booking and appointments
- Booking happens over WhatsApp or by phone. There is no automated booking system on this site, and sending a message does not by itself confirm an appointment.
- An appointment is confirmed only once the centre replies with a date and time.
- Please tell us in advance if you need to postpone or cancel, so the slot can go to another patient.
- Home visits are available within Madinah, subject to specialist availability and distance.
Packages and pricing
- All prices shown are in Saudi riyals. They are the package prices in force at the time of publication and may change or be withdrawn without prior notice.
- Packages run for a limited period and availability is limited. To confirm a package is still available and at what price, message us on WhatsApp before you travel.
- A package's sessions begin after the clinical assessment confirms it suits your case. If it does not, we say so and suggest the alternative.
- Sessions are personal and non-transferable, and are used at the centre unless a home visit is agreed.
- The complimentary sessions inside a package (massage, cupping, hydrotherapy, acupuncture) are tied to completing the package's core sessions and hold no cash value.
Patient reviews
Patient experiences published on the site describe individual cases. Recovery differs from person to person with the condition, age and adherence to the plan; no published experience is a promise of a comparable result.

The name, logo, text, images and design on this site belong to ONE Rehabilitation Center. You are welcome to share links to any page, but the content may not be republished or used commercially without written permission.
