What this policy covers
This policy covers the 1center.refit.sa website only. Medical records and clinical information collected during a visit to the centre are governed by the centre's internal policies and by the applicable healthcare regulations of Saudi Arabia, and are not part of this website.
What we collect through the site
Nothing. The site has no contact forms, no accounts, no payment gateway and no mailing list. There is no field anywhere on this site into which you enter your data.
The "Book" buttons on the site are links that open WhatsApp or your phone dialler. The conversation then takes place outside this website.
Cookies
The site uses exactly one cookie:
- lang — stores your language choice (Arabic or English) so you do not have to pick it again on every visit. It lasts one year, contains nothing that identifies you, and is shared with nobody.
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. There is no analytics tool on the site — no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel.
Third-party content
Some parts of the site load content from other servers. When that content loads, your IP address and browser type reach those parties, and their own privacy policies apply — not ours. Here is the complete list:
- Google Fonts — the site's typefaces, loaded on every page.
- Instagram (Meta) — the reels embedded on the home page.
- Google Maps — the embedded map, on the Contact page only.
If you would rather not connect to these parties, you can block third-party content in your browser settings or with a blocking extension. The site stays readable and usable without them.
What happens when you message us on WhatsApp
Pressing a booking button opens WhatsApp with a message pre-written. Sending it is entirely your choice. Once sent, the conversation is between you and the centre over WhatsApp, and is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) terms and privacy policy alongside our own internal policies.
Please do not send more sensitive medical detail or report images over WhatsApp than is needed to arrange an appointment. The right place to discuss your case in detail is the assessment session at the centre.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted with a commercial hosting provider. Like any web server, the provider may keep automatic technical logs (IP address, request time, page requested) for operational and security purposes. We do not use these logs to analyse visitor behaviour and do not link them to any individual.
Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to know what data is held about you and to request access to it, its correction, or its deletion. Since this website collects no data, any such request concerns your records held by the centre itself.

Children
The centre offers children's training, but booking and communication always go through a parent or guardian. This website is not directed at children and collects no data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we later add a contact form, an analytics tool, or anything else that collects data, we will update this page and change the last-updated date above before switching it on.
